At Module Furnitures, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We offer a 14-day return policy for all products.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

  • β€’ Damaged Product
  • β€’ Manufacturing Defect
  • β€’ Incomplete Product
  • β€’ Incorrect Product

The 14-day period begins from the date the product is delivered as per confirmation from our logistics team or courier partners.

To initiate a return, please share 2 images β€” one showing the damaged part and another of the full product β€” through our Contact Us page or by emailing [email protected].

Important Return Guidelines

  • We take full responsibility for what we sell. If the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please inform us within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a 100% replacement or refund.
  • We offer hassle-free returns via courier pickup. No additional courier or shipping charges apply for returns.
  • Returns for furniture are accepted only for manufacturing defects, damages, or incorrect deliveries. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery or assembly. Contact us via email at [email protected] or call us at +91 8590908628.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging, with invoice and tags intact.
  • If the packaging appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, kindly refuse to accept the package and contact Customer Care immediately at +91 8590908628 or email [email protected] with your order reference number. We’ll arrange a replacement promptly.
  • Please note that gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged.
    Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it (in full or part) within 24 hours of order confirmation or before it’s shipped β€” whichever comes first.

For cancellations requested after dispatch, applicable cancellation charges may apply.
